Acceptance

By downloading or using the Rodic app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

Rodic provides practice navigation along DVSA driving test routes in the United Kingdom. Routes are for practice purposes only. We make no guarantee that any route reflects the exact route an examiner will use on your test day. Routes may change, be added, or be removed without notice.

Important safety notice

Rodic is a practice tool, not a navigation replacement. You must always obey the Highway Code, road signs, and traffic conditions. Never operate the app while driving. Rodic accepts no liability for any accident, fine, or test failure arising from use of the app.

Free and Premium access

Free users may access a limited number of practice sessions. Premium subscribers receive unlimited access to all routes at all test centres. Subscriptions are auto-renewable monthly. Cancel anytime via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple subject to their standard refund policy.

Acceptable use

  • Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract route data from the app
  • Do not use the app in a way that could endanger yourself or others
  • Do not create automated accounts or abuse free session limits
  • Do not misrepresent your identity when using Sign in with Apple

Intellectual property

All route data, app design, and content is owned by Rodic or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Disclaimers and limitations

The app is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rodic's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
